    I'm surprised how much light those throw for their size.

    Are the O-rings being lubed with fresh oil before being installed??

    @Dtax / @Willy Lump Lump

    Website is currently down as I am very limited in stock for the 2018+ model and doing some modifications to the grille so one grille will work for both all years of the 3rd gen tacoma.

    Looking to doing some modifications to the grilles and will have the website back up in the near future.

    If anyone does want a grille please feel free to shoot me a PM.

    The Housing Unit expands...not as much on the aluminum as the composite plastic...at least, that's what has been mentioned.

    As for lubing the o-rings, I can confirm this is done during my oil changes.

    That is correct. The skid is a TRD style knockoff from Amazon. Fits great. Sent my oil sample off yesterday

    Yes .. he had a garnish and had it available with TSS, however that's kind of the time that it fizzled out.

    This is still my favorite grille although I never pulled the trigger on it and just stuck with my poverty SR grille

    Excellent! The satisfaction of knowing it was done right and the money you saved is a great return on your investment.

    No, lol. That was just when I first got it and was testing its output. I don't get to use it for its intended purpose nearly enough. This was just a goof.

    That light mounted:

    But still a little sad I didn't get to S8 him:

    Right! They are really impressive, and this is only the Sport series. Can't imagine the Pro lol. BD does it right.

    In my case I definitely lubed the new O-ring. The housing went on way easier than when it came off. I put it on gingerly with a ratchet and when I torqued it the housing only went about a half turn.

    I have only seasoned it. It’s perfect for cooking breakfast for 3 and having coffee going on the burner at the same time. I love blackstones! Can’t beat them for $130

    Absolutely - it was my first time performing this kind of maintenance and was worried about the front diff 10mm Hex bolts being seized but I used penetrating oil for a week prior to the service and they came loose without any effort.
    I plan on keeping my truck for a long time so I decided to do all of this prematurely (at 10k) because I feel there is noting wrong with replacing all these oils early.
