We pay quarterly now so it doesn’t hurt as bad. Our money back is now when we estimate how much In taxes were going to pay and put it in a CD for a few months to make a little money off the money that’s going to be gone anyways.

I purposely overpay all year (claim zero, add $50 to state and $100 to federal every paycheck) just to make sure I get some sort of return. It's like a nice little gift to myself each January.

NEVER give the goverment free money, they earn interest on that throughout the year. You want to come close to breaking even or paying at the end of the year. Put that money back in YOUR pocket throughout the year and earn interest on it for yourself.

That's all I got to say, anything further and I'll catch a ban lol.

On the personal side of that, some people just don't have the discipline not to spend that money, A couple bucks a paycheck hey I can get a fancy coffee or kit Kat, rather than putting it in savings etc.

I’ve always heard about the squeaky ball joints in the afternarket serviceable ones. I love the idea of serviceable but if they make more noise and are more prone to failure even with maintenance, I always decided against them. Oh and I never mod the suspension so that points moot for me too. My boots are all torn to shit so I’m just waiting for mine to start making noise.

Threw together an ugly box cover so I can run my Vevor diesel heater outside when its snowing and raining. The ugly stand I made is working well too. The heater fits inside the stand when turned upside and then both fit inside the cover to keep things compact. Doubt I'll ever use it camping but it works great for heating the shop and the house.

The shop sure, but do SC houses not have heaters?

My heat pump sucks and it causes the unit outside to freeze over and lock up when I run the heat if outside temps get below freezing. On cold.nights I have the heater warming my AC unit to keep it defrosted.

Up here in the north it's saying it's gonna snow shower Tuesday night then be freezing Wednesday. So I assume we will have icy roads.

chances of accumulating snow tuesday and wednesday on the coast as well. however if they're as good at predicting snow as they have been hurricanes the last 5 years. it'll be sunny and 60 all week.

Oh so now 2 inches is a big deal…

Really though hoping for a little snow here in Charleston already have some big parking lots picked out.
