So I think I am going with magpul stock and mags, still up in the air about the trigger and it's assembly. I am also up in the air about sights!?!?

And recommendation about a good iron sights for a first timer!?!? A buddy has got and acog (which he has no use for and going to give me) that I eventually want to put on it

Save some money on the mags and get these:

    http://www.44mag.com/product/d_h_ar15_magazine_black_teflon/d_h_industries

the Magpuls are nice, but no better than those less expensive metal mags. Sights are up to you. Just get a mil spec set of sights. Get used to the weapon with the irons before going to something fancier.

I was mostly there to make sure my 7mm-08 was still sighted in cause ill be trying to sell it soon.

I only fired about 50 rds through my AR but it ran great. i was just shooting some cheap ass steel case ammo.
