Small lift, slightly oversized tires, well...
Stickers inbound...though not necessarily truck related, but maybe...

I received an email the other day. This place sends me about a dozen a week, and honestly I've considered unsubscribing, but once in a while there's something interesting. That was the case with this email. Interesting, but not really needed, but that's another story all by it's self.

This will give me something to do one afternoon when I'm bored: https://palmettostatearmory.com/psa...htweight-m-lok-mft-battlelink-pistol-kit.html I've been wondering about AR pistols and WTH, who doesn't need another way to send money down the road? It could end up being a truck gun.

While I was at it, I went to a local gun store's website and bought a stripped lower receiver that I'll pick up next time I'm in town. They are a few bucks higher than PSA, but by the time I pay for shipping and transfer, this is cheaper.

You can buy the jigs and route out unfinished lowers and avoid the serial # and a dealer....
    or so I've heard.

Or now that you have a 3D printer...

    Hell ya!

I used to not get what the deal was with AR pistols then a built a 10.5" barrel one chambered in 5.56. They are light and maneuverable and just fun. Then did one in 9mm with 8" barrel. Just a riot to shoot. Can use the 33rd glock mag and runs like a sewing machine.

I originally was thinking 9mm, but the sale on this 5.56 was too good to pass...I have plenty of that cal here also. Maybe a 9mm in the future...I hear that they're like Lay's potato chips, you can't have just one.

How do you like the 45 raptor? I have 2 sets of 308 receivers that need to get built.

    Honestly.....I haven't fired it yet.:anonymous:
It's operable but I need a muzzle brake and finish modifying a .308 mag to hold the 45 round.

The follower needs to be shortened and an insert w/ feed ramp needs to fill the gap in front for the shorter round.

I had the follower 3D printed but the insert didn't print (I didn't print it).
Apparently the insert from the file didn't work.

There is or was a guy in AZ that made/sold them.

Interesting, hopefully you get it sorted out! Are you going ro reload the raptor or is it Comercially available? I've heard of the round bit not real familiar with it.

    The nice thing about
    MIL-SPEC....
Worse case scenario, I swap the barrel with 6.5CM or .308
