This sounds like a win. Plus then you can slap on a super charger and have the best vehicle ever since you’ve got full time 4wd

At this point I think Eibach is the way to go and I have to decide between the stage 2 vs 2r

They are indeed but they also are one of those expensive brands that needs a rebuild every 20,000 miles

Bummer. Yeah, might as well buy two sets with that turnaround & even then I’d likely fall behind.

So are you ready for this?

Eibach shocks are built by Bilstein... Although people seem to like the Eibach a little better which is interesting, and then Fox uses Eibach springs.

So durobumps must be made by NASA right? I mean they have to be for how much they cost.

I have really, really liked wheelers super bumps in the front the couple times I have used them so I probably will do those again although I may give energy suspension a shot (since I already impulse bought them about a year ago lol.) As for the rear, there are bump stops meant for a Lexus that will also fit a 4Runner that are better than the stock 4Runner bumps.

I have the wheelers super bumps on my rear and they've been quite excellent

I'm rocking the black (medium) sumos on the back and those Icon progressive bumps for a Tundra on the front.
    I have no complaints.

Okay so I have for sure decided on one thing at least. After doing some research I came across the information that the previous gen Eibach lift springs are slightly shorter than the 5th gen so instead of giving 1 inch of lift they give about 3/4 which is exactly what I am looking for in the rear. The reason I want those springs is because I'm not really interested in lift so much as I'm interested in replacing the stock springs with something fresh (and likely/hopefully more capable) and maintaining good geometry in the rear, not to mention what would go better with Eibach shocks than their own springs. Less for sure but still pretty likely is going with the pro 2R kit. I could save like $250 going non-reservoir but come on everybody needs reservoirs :D

    Supported

Just double check part numbers and make sure you have the ones for your generation

I'm assuming you mean for the rest of the suspension aside from the rear springs right? Because I purposely don't want the correct part number for my generation as far as the rear spring is concerned :p I definitely agree I need the proper part numbers for everything else though

What if you wear slippers in the house but not the yard?

    Outside footwear isn’t used inside!
