Cooper Discoverer Road+Trail. It's the latest version over the AT3 4S.

I've heard the at3 4s performs really well.

For the price point I liked them so I decided to go with the new version. For the whole thing in 265/70/17 installed and taxed was $750 at my tire shop. Balanced perfect and I noticed one wheel doesn't even have any weights on it.

I had the 4S on my Forester and was really impressed with them in the snow, even at 6+ years old; but the Blizzaks are still considerably better. I will admit though it wasn't nearly as dramatic as going from the OE all seasons on our Outback to Blizzaks, that was a huuuge step up!

I have a huge range of tires I am considering for the truck. The R&T is on the reasonable end of things but my gut is saying, "you had 7 flats last year, suck it up and get something heavier."

Run the at3 4s on a 4 runner, way quiter than the duratracs, better than the oem bridgestones, do everything I need them to do all year and we have snow 6 nonths of the year.
