I can't. It's distracting and annoying because I'm the one who put the hard work into cleaning and giving it fresh paint and it was only 3-4 years ago.

that sucks. I ran out of ceiling paint when doing our kitchen and had to change cans. I appear to be the only one to notice the lines (doubtful) between the two paints

i have an empty cul/da/sac i go spin around in!

 

When I get to the deep cleaning - especially the ceiling fans and such . . .
I use an old rag and wipe things down with a mixture of sals suds [degreaser] and dilute bleach [kill whatever mold/mildew shit there is]
Works great

I vacuum up the bulk of the dust and crud and the wipe it down till the surface is clean
