I patiently waited over 3 years for a hood swap to happen. I never thought it would be possible! Ended up trading with someone locally. My flat hood for their scooped hood. Very happy with the way my trucks turned out :)

started right up in 0F frigid morning here, didn't sound the best but no hesitation.
Just love the picture of Tacoma in inclement weather like this.

I'd be very interested in ur results with the 255's. I have the same Fifteen52's in 16" with 265/75's. I'm currently only lifted 1" upfront.

Also, ur truck looks great as is. But u know, 33 :D

I'll be sure to post up some pictures and feedback after I get the tires. I'm in no rush. So it might be awhile. Haha. Nice, do you have the black Turbomac's?

Thanks! I'm pretty stoked on the stance. I thought the 265/75's would look small, but they look pretty good.

Naw, I went Carbon Grey. I thought black would darken up my truck to much for my paint color. I'm in no rush either. I only have 8k on my 265's. But plans for future mods r always turning the hamster wheel in my head.

What are you running upfront to minimize the rubbing? Had 35's on my last truck but couldn't seem to clear the rear of the flare without cutting...

    Had this fixed today…

    IMG_5076.jpg

Did it getting a bit too confident (read: impatient) while parking in my rather tight garage. Had it happened off roading I’d have left it. It’s just too soon to have such a reminder of my stupidity staring at me every time I approach the truck.

Mobile repair guy came and took care of it for pretty cheap:

Hammered the shit out of the pinch weld and whatever other metal may be back there, chopped a lot off the fenders, viper cut and body mount relocation. Can steer lock to lock no issue, but when I start flexing I rub pretty bad. Couldn’t care less tho it looks sweet

Not today, but installed Headstrong Off-Road 3 leaf AAL and SumoSpings with the U-bolt flip kit a week ago. Took about two hours and two beers. Installed it right before loading up the Taco for a trip to Yosemite with the family. Love how it rides now. Loaded up with the four family members and a bed full of stuff for the week long trip, it wasn't squatting at all. High speed dips on the highways never felt to smooth.
