About to go on this little project. Feels like something is missing besides the axles and body.
Going with C10 links front and rear to start.

    Thanks!

But I'm curious, what's the process for painting yours?

Do you run reddish brown streaks for rust, then paint the blue afterward or?

    Distress the paint some?

I seen a few different methods. I'll post a video of the two that caught my attention.

This first one is neat because it actually creates real rust with promoters

I'll be doing this method with hair spray

I've been hearing some great things about the nylon meus axles. Is that what you ended up going with?

It is. Main reason for going nylon is that it slides over the rocks easier imo.

    I've read the exact same.

Nylon > machined for going over rocks.

Well, hobby shop visit was a bust.

I try supporting my local shop as much as possible but I went ahead and ordered a 25T servo horn for the Reefs RC servo.

Apparently all the hardware they use is larger than standard SCX24 shit. Apparently that's the same for LGRP's stuff like their axles?

    Anyway, horn gets here tomorrow.

Waiting for Tyler to shoot me a message regarding the link orientation. The rear lowers need the shallow bend at the skid, but I'm unsure about the rear uppers.
