I'm cleared for the flight, but still waiting for 3rd member, the front is ready. Bumper cut will be the simplest of what I've done.

What shocks did you use before the current set? Did you measure travel?

I'll measure them when I get back to the house today. If you're interested I'll bring my old shocks to KOH and you can try them for a few days.

They're remote reservoir adjustable king smooth bodies, IIRC they are 2 inches over stock but I'll confirm this evening and update this

Thank you. No need to bring it to KOH for me. I'm still researching.

One general question: AccuTune recommends for my setup to keep my Deaver stage III U402 leaf springs because spring under the axle is not for heavy load they said. But I see Deaver has U539 HD which you have. Any thoughts on this? My Deavers are almost flat from day one(four years already in use).

I carry extra u-bolts but I've never had one break. As long as you have a decent torque wrench and replace them every couple years I wouldn't worry about it. If they're starting to stretch you'll know pretty quick.

My bed its pretty loaded up and my springs aren't sagging at all.

I don't know how much your truck weighs, but I suspect it's greater than what either the U402 Stage IIIs or the U539s are rated for, and that your best option is to talk to Deaver or Alcan and probably have a custom leafpack made.

The weight of empty truck before the change was 5540 lbs on CAT scales. New one to be determined.

That's seems really light, even for your old setup. I weighed mine with myself and my typical load for solo day trips before I placed my Accutune order (figuring that that would be the minimum weight carried while driving), and it came out to just shy of 3 tons.
