Sorry you can't make it out Sid. We'll be sure to keep the shenanigans going.

One week away. I'm excited as always. Already have the shitbox strapped down on the trailer. Just need to pack food, clothes, wife, and the dog.

I might be heading there Thursday night.

Anyone know the trail condition by the train tracks?

    Friday night for me.

Haven't been down the train tracks in awhile, but last time there was more sand and silt than usual.

    Friday early afternoon for me.

The dirt is pretty loose by the tracks. I didn't go all the way to super from split mountain

Sure thing, always good to have a co-pilot. Im usually going solo anyway, trying to get all the gusseting done, only have to weld on the upper rear shock mount and lower trailing arm reinforcements and its all set, the frame should be insanely strong now. Got rid of all the weak points so she's ready to send it!

Picket up a set of fully boxed aftermarket A-arms and trailing arms yesterday am, got them for less than 1/2 price and they provide more ground clearance and wont break like the stock arms do.

Also got a large lithium 50amp/hour battery to add some energy storage since I have tons of electronics on the car and even with the added external alternator setup I still need a way to keep the voltage happy, now that won't be a problem.

Almost forgot, I got a set of paddles/wheels so Ill bring those too for when I'm playing in the sand, easy to swap them out in 5 minutes...

Anybody else bringing a dirtbike to ride as well? Ill be bringing the YZ450FX or the Husky 300 2 stroke, not sure which just yet, the AF500 is fun too but vibrates like a 300# dildo.
