Scott... do they sell covers for the extra holes in a counter if the new faucet only needs one?

yes they not exactly pretty but a great option is putting in a soap disp...

 

if you have a three hole faucet now like separte hot n cold handles...and the new one you want is a single lever one....they all come with a mounting plate that covers the 3 holes......now if your faucet has an extra hole for hand held sprayer and the new one will only cover the 3 holes......thats when i like to use a soap disp in that extra hole.....

I like it and the install doesn't look too difficult and from lowes it includes a soap dispenser

 

yes if you do it yourself get some steel bradied water supply lines with it....if you do not already have them

 

and remember you dont have to take pout the soap disp. to fill it.....just insatll it n add soap

I didn't use braided for my bathroom sink

If I can't get the right length, should I go "extra" long to make a loop? the ones under my sink are just kinda in an "S" shape

 

yes loops are fine...steal braided is the way to go.......
