Engage 4wd and Check your vents and see if you can change dampers flow. If not you have a vacuum leak and the vacuum pump won’t be able to keep up with the leak. Those vacuum hubs bring the suck.

my old 7.3 is manual everything, hubs, trans, transfer case and I’ve never had any 4wd issues on a ford.

I thought those HD Ford's have an auto and manual position front hubs? I remember at my old job they had an F250 and F350 that had those.

The ones with vacuum hubs do. The manual is an override in case of vacuum failure. I replaced my manual hubs with a nice set of warns years ago the engagement is much better than oem and I’d like to think they are stronger.

Morning y'all it's 3 degrees this morning ordered the middle tube for the leaf blower because someone thought it was the right thing to do to cut the little nubs off that hold the nozzle to it. So for another $11.00 I got that coming today I hope.

When they say they don't have any cash on them; say "that's fine you can catch me later, or you can Venmo me, that'll work for me too".

Get your wife to print you some business cards with a QR code printed on it that goes to your Venmo account. You can pass give it those who show up with no cash.

The ones I let leave with stuff, I know they will pay me. I've used Venmo for several things before with people I don't know.

And when you pay promptly (like when you pick it up) you're more likely to be considered for your next job. I always do that when it's a job I haven't done myself. People remember when you don't pay them, or pay them late.

My machinist/fabricator/general maintenance guy has "half million dollar jobs" Ones where he doesn't want to do it, or doesn't want to work for the person again. A simple weld job will cost a deadbeat Half a million dollars. Small clientelle who always pay. Deadbeats don't get a second chance.
