    8-12” of accumulation on elevated portions and no plows. They using backhoes, bobcats, road graders… anything with a bucket/plow. Bridges and such are snow/black ice. For those that don’t know… Geographical NOLA metro area is water-locked. There is no land bridge. Even surrounding areas have swampland/water crossings. That big ass river dividing things doesn’t help either.
