    If you don’t have any, get a can of “contact cleaner” (electrical/electrician). It’s essentially WD40 with zero residue.
    A hair dryer or heat gun will likely help to defrost and reduce humidity. Leaf blower will displace snow/water, but not clear electrical conductivity.

    EDIT: Wet electrical = bad
    First rule of electricity - don’t release the smoke.
