    FYI, I've been out of the business since 2015. But if you ever need help with anything, I'll do my best to help you out. I finally bought a black and white Brothers laser jet printer. The only problem is you have to reboot it before you can print. For some reason it looses it's network connection, and I haven't been able to find a solution. It's only a small inconvenience.

    I worked a year contract job for dell in Austin. At one time they had the best warranty of their products hands down. I believe it was a year. But then they went cheap and changed it to 90 days just like everyone else. I have to admit it was an interesting job working in the call center, but when they offered me a full time job after my contract was up, I politely declined.
