2-2.5 inch lift with Bilstein 6112/5160s included in the wheelers trail pro lift kit. And 255/85r16 Yokohama Geolander G003 tires.
I am between the Baja Boss A/t and the Falken AT4w in 265/75r16. What is your opinion on these tires? Thanks.

Baja Boss is superior to the AT4w.

Baja Boss AT is one badass tire. Deeper more aggressive tread and sidewall. Not loud. Great in most any conditions you can throw at it. And best of all Made in USA :oldglory:

I just ordered the boss’s today. Seemed like all reviews for it were positive.

What load rating are you guys going with/ have you guys chosen on the Baja Boss??

interesting seems like there’s some additional “features” if you will depending on LT tire or not IMG_8502.jpg

I did the SL rating in 265/75r16. I previously had the Yokohama mud terrains in 255/85r16 (55lb). The LT tire rides super rough, now that I have switched, I would highly recommend the SL. The truck really struggled to keep up with a tire that heavy. It wasn't that bad, but I really was paying for it through ride quality and especially mpgs. I have bilstein 6112s so suspension wasnt the issue.

mine were a little more than a pound lighter. I think in the E rating they are slightly heavier

I inquired about the SL vs. LT differences. They basically said the SL is a highway tire whose main feature is a chunky tread; LT is all around heavy duty (emphasis on heavy). Was hoping for some sort of magic for the SL range but didn't sound like it's any more durable than a regular highway tire beyond its deep tread. But at least it's one of the lighter options, still a front runner for me when the time comes..
