I've noticed as of late, conveniently right after my extra warranty ran off, my electronics seem to just feel off, when i bought my truck, everything was quick, my speakers on my passenger door didn't crackle or click randomly. My Headunit wasn't slow, neither was my electronic speedometer screen, and oddly my seat warmer lights, that's the one I've almost noticed the most, you click it, and it used to instantly go to the next light, now it very very slowly fades to the 2nd bar then the first and such. Like an old light that's been on forever turns off, you see it deglow. Hope this makes some sense to anyone.

I haven't done a single thing other than buy new tires, and new headlight bulbs as well as regular maintenance for it.

Is your battery stock? You might want to have it load tested.

I swapped out my Toyota battery for a new one because i tested it and it wasn't holding anymore, only tested because all this started to happen, battery is a Motomaster OEPLUS 24F 725A.

no, time is speeding up for the electronics if it appears to be slowing down to an outside observer. we're so helpful.
edit: @OP Welcome and please forgive idiots (like me) for joking around. Hopefully someone will be able to help, though there is not much to go on.

Yeah i know its just an odd problem. Nothing out of the ordinary it seems would cause any of this to happen. I’m praying maybe its just the cold weather making my electronics act funky. Adding onto the problems all of my speakers have lost some sort of strength or quality to them once it all started to happen.

Which has been acting foolish for a couple months now.

Like I suggested in the rest of my post, maybe the "new battery" is no good especially if you only had it a month.

    a couple thoughts:
are you in a normally humid climate and it is cold now and condensation is an issue? havoc for electronics. (i see canada so not likely)
have u measured you parasitic draw? even though you may have a new battery, it may be running down (did this lead you to believe
old battery was not holding a charge?). though, once started and running, the alternator ought to be giving you all you need...u may need to measure that too.
nothing i mention seems likely but with strange things going on, it will be a surprise that solves it.
if it were my truck, i'd start measuring things like alternator voltage (should start high 14.xVDC and come down as engine compartment heats up and battery charges), resting battery voltage, parasitic draw milliamps, etc. i'd even take a look at voltage on cig lighter (assuming you have one as surrogate for other electronics) vs voltage at battery terminals since it is easy to do and eliminate.

    edit: https://www.perplexity.ai/search/what-is-a-normal-resting-paras-FKhZ1.1cSkW.YMkTFEH1fw
easy to measure if you have a digital voltage meter. if you don't, you should get one if you want to debug this yourself.
BTW: don't rely on cheapo cig lighter plugin displays for any accurate measurement... notoriously inaccurate.

I appreciate the response, I’ve got a digital tester that tests alternator, battery, cranking and starter. It all said fine other than the battery ofcourse, ill do another test in the morning after i plow. And humidity is huge in my area in the summer, as in 100% quite often but only dead heat summer.

any chance plow is connected electrically...for raise/angle...not an issue here so may be stupid question (though i spent a lot of time in new england)?

You may have got a battery that is not 100% healthy so load test it.

the seat warmer and digital speedometer makes sense because you're in cold-cold-cold canada, and those are LCD. meaning that it needs to phase change-- the liquid crystal parts need to move around in the fluid, and colder temperatures reduce the speed of the phase change.

if you go and drive the truck for an hour, the displays likely will start operating 'normal', because you brought the interior up to a reasonable temperature.

the speakers crackling and clicking can either be the speaker, or could be your bluetooth connection. i would delete and re-pair the connection on both sides to verify.

honestly never thought of any of that, i mean I’ve replaced blown speakers before so it didnt remind me of it but i wasnt really thinking how the screens would be affected due to how cold it gets, mainly because its only the speedom and seat warms.

Appreciate the responses from everyone, going to test my battery and redo my pairing.

Could be a flakey relay or a varmint may have chewed a wire somewhere. No idea which relay or wire as I have never had an electrical issue like this.
