just my opinion, as a guy that shops for used-but-good-condition parts. 50-70% of retail for very good condition parts seems to be the "norm". You seem to take very good care of your stuff so I would expect that you could get top $$. Maybe a trade/partial trade towards what you want?

I like the height of your bed bars, it would keep a tent not too far above the roof line of the cab. I have the zero rise bars which kept the tent below the cab but it blocked one whole side of the tent from being able to fully open the awning.

 

Hopefully you’re right and others see it this way too! I was in the same ballpark, thinking I’d get 60-70% of retail, obviously not including tax/shipping.

 

Yeah, it's a delicate balance because when you get too close to retail ( especially if something is brand new and easily sold at below retail) you cross into the " why not just spend a few more bucks and buy it new" territory. Unfortunately, if you put it on marketplace, you get the same flakes that used to troll craigslist that expect you to pay them to take your stuff off of your hands.

I’ve been trying to run my truck through the car wash to get all the salt off for the last two days but every time I drive by, there’s like a 2 mile long line…



I can’t wait until it’s warm enough to hand wash it again.

 

There is a carwash across the street from me, if it's after sunrise, there is a line of cars. Right now it's not too bad, about 3 cars waiting at each bay. It has 2 automatic bays and 3 bays with wands.

I'd like to go over there and get a wash. I don't want to wash at home right now....the hose is drained and put away for the winter...I don't want the hose to freeze.

 

I was hoping to go to one today too but it seems unlikely. I guess I could just turn my outside faucet on and wash it here… for free… and I have a undercarriage wand…

 

Undercarriage wand??? Didn't know they made such a thing....Looking on Home Depot right now.

Good morning MD. Took a look at the roads to see if it was safe for a Sunday jaunt in the car, but no, piles of salt everywhere. It's going to take a good 2 inches of rain to clean this crap up. : (
