Small things with it. I used to live in a cabin in PA for example, mailboxes didn’t survive snowplows where I was, so I used to post them up in big ass buckets using dry pour so when they were hit you could stand them back up.
A mask and eye protection are handy.

    How are they holding up?
It looks pretty easy, I have seen concerns about how it holds up. There are a few small pads I want to pour.

In the near future I want to do a patio but not sure if I'm going to do concrete or pavers.

    4 run, 2 don't
Just do concrete. It's what we're gonna do for the backyard.

If it was a small setup, I'd DIY but for something larger I'll definitely pay someone to do it.

I've done pavers a few times. Personally think they look better. Not hard to work with, just takes time.

I would probably not use it for a pad, for a post it holds up about as long as the timber takes to rot lol

Yeah, the plan for patio is to have it either pored stamped concrete or pavers. It's going to be 700 square feet.

The smaller ones I want to do are the trash can pads and side walks on the side of the garage.

Do people actually buy builds like that
Like I'm sure he's got the 85k he's asking into that build, but is anyone actually going to pay more than like maybe 30-40k for it

I'm sure someone with a lot more fuck you money than me would buy it.

I don't think he actually wants to sell, but if someone comes in and pays him 85k he would

Well… I may have added an extra 0 to the bonus… but we do have a generous 401k match!

As someone who has a 401k through work but employer does no matching...I'd say anything over 0
