    Have you recently installed or downloaded anything?

    It is easy to take out the RAM:
    (Note: try to only touch the edges of the memeory, and as little as possible, be sure you are grounded and not full of static electricity)

    1. remove the side panel (don't forget to unplug the computer)
    2. look for what looks like a computer chip approx. 5 inches long by 1.5 inches wide standing on its long side.
    3. at each end of the RAM there is a lever to push down, thus pushing out the memory

    To reinsert, just line it back up and push down on each end near the ejection levers, they will self lock when properly pushed in.

    You talking computer? If that is all your are truly doing with it, anything will work, but what about storing pics of your kids or music and other things such as working in MS Office and such? Now days not too many computers will come with less 2gb RAM and typically 120-240gb+ of ROM (hard drive).

    Are you looking for a laptop or desktop?
