...I like to drive in reverse sometimes to regen my oil and soak the filter in petroleum jelly over night for added lubrication

hell yeah, that looks solid. What kind of controller or switch are you using for the ditch lights?

Also I gotta ask, do you notice any wind noise from the traction boards being where they are? And on a different topic, are you happy with the rain guards / window deflectors? I've been on the fence about getting these.

Put on the prinsu rack and caliraised light bar in absolute cold. Starting to think Calirasied might not have been the move? The plug from the wire out of the bar won't reach into engine bay to the wiring harness and the bolts provided (for the prinsu rack) were too long to tighten in the slots. Luckily, I had some spare prinsu bolts. I guess next I'm going to have to cut and extend the wire? Anyone run into this problem from caliraised?

Sheesh. I don't go purchasing items I believe to be suspect.

I'm sure my motor is just fine.

    I don't skimp on things.

    Dually noted on the advice.

I’d cut it shorter and use a Deutsch connector and then hide the wire going along the windshield with one of these: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B093HJJ36F

Changed the oil in the Taco for the first time today. The dealer must have used an impact to put on the oil filter. It was a struggle getting it loose. It was almost to the point that if it was an old style filter, I would have beat a screwdriver through it and hit the screwdriver with a hammer. :p

Looks like the factory block heater. Was yours recalled at all?

Toyota had a run of apparently faulty OEM block heaters causing fires. Mine was installed by the dealership in 2020. Was deemed safe and only requires annual inspection.

Is your set on a timer or do you just let it do it's thing all night?
