OEMs aren't even being subtle about not wanting John q Public to be able to work on your car's in the slightest. Jump through this hoop, stand on right foot, disassemble headlight assembly, drain blinker fluid, loosen left hand thread M5 triple square bit bolt, stand on right foot, open sunroof, and then begin working on what you think is the problem area :confused::confused:

My truck battery has been a little sluggish turning over with this cold weather. I've got my Noco jump box locked and loaded but I'm running till failure..

60 degrees and sunny I'm having a yard tidy day, this grass will be back to growing before I know it...

I remember vaguely about someone’s Honda needs to remove nearly entire dash for getting to the pollen filter :anonymous:

The first time I replaced the cabin filter in my Pilot, the instructions said to remove the glove box and cut a piece behind it off with a hack saw blade. Not believing it, I found a video of someone replacing the same filter on a Lexus and they did the same thing. So I started cutting. :sawzall:

lol. german enginerding is on a whole other level. metric tools are useful. german vehicle tools are only useful for one specific model of vehicle. and only until the next model refresh.

taking apart german vehicles makes it apparent how there's specialty shops that only work on those, and other shops that do work on everything else!

Sup Homies!!!! Hope everyone is having a great weekend.

I’m super excited! Picked up this sweet bar height round table with 4 chairs off of facebook marketplace. Only $200.

After I’m cleared from my broken collarbone I’m going to make 4 more chairs.

Just ordered a Hobart Handler 210 MVP. Get it in a week cuz I’m too lazy to drive 39 miles to get it lol. Free shipping ftw. I’ll still suck at welding but will have less spatter :)

You are going to love that unit.

It is a very capable welder. They are a great deal for the price.

Don't sell yourself short. That rig is miles better than the Chicago Electric unit that HF has pushed for 2 decades.

I started on one of those. Still have it up on a shelf somewhere. Got tired of its inconsistency and got the green one that, I agree, is miles better. It can atleast put down a decent bead
upload_2025-1-25_15-49-47.jpgBut it’s got its limits and is messy being a flux core job and I want a hotter gas rig so hopefully the Hobart will keep me satisfied

I give you much, much credit.

That CE welder has turned off more people to welding than you can imagine.

I often wonder how many lives were changed because a person tried one of those rigs and said " I guess welding aint for me".
