I read labels in the store a lot anymore, doctors take the fun out of eating as you get older , a lot of packaged food has what I call "enought salt to rust the fender off a pick up truck".

 

We're waaaay past that!

 

the realtor that i bought my house with, via some typical chinese-telephone type gossip, learned that my grandmother sold her house with a different realtor, but more specifically, chose a realtor that wasn't him.

he sent me a starbucks gift card to try to 'patch things up', thinking that i had any say or sway in what my grandmother did. i had no part of any of it. my grandmother just simply didn't like the guy.

i ended up giving away the gift card because i couldn't pronounce most of their menu.

 

lol, someone once encouraged me to read the amount of sugar in gatoraid, or normal soda.

i'm still pretty sure they're altering physics somehow to fit that much in those itty bitty cans.

 

Doctors say if it tastes good spit it out.

I went "severely reduced" sugar back in May - I haven't had a piece of chocolate or a Snapple Peach ice tea since May either.

However, I went to the DR in December and he is now happy with my sugar numbers so it worked.

 

Since you mentioned it, I tried and I sense it!

 

Funny thought of mine wonder what to worry since you don’t have a fender on you.

Back to the Chiropractor this morning, it seems to be working, getting out of bed was much less bad than the 15 minute pain filled extravaganza on Saturday.

 

Today marks the birthday of Edward Smith (1850) who passed just before his planned retirement in 1912.

He was the Captain of the Titanic.

My wife made bagels a few weeks ago, they were about ready to be put in the oven when the oven quit. She finished them in the air fryer, couldn't tell the difference
