Air Fryers are the bees knees. I'm a big texture guy, air Fryers give food that crisp/crunch that I love.

Way to go Rusty on getting those sugar numbers down, not easy.

I've got round one of my yearly physical today where they take blood and wait a few weeks to review it. I've dropped some good weight in the last year. Limit the carbs and almost no sugar. Few(hundred) coke zeros here and there.

Happy to report I've put 135 miles on the VW and the check engine light hasn't come back on, not that it matters where we live but I do get tired of seeing it.

Also my gas mileage has improved since replacing the turbo recirculation valve, I'll check it in a few days. I was getting around 30-31. Would get 100 miles to a 1/4 of a tank, haven't used 1/4 of a tank yet and I'm up to 140 miles.

I'm curious to see how the aftermarket parts hold up. I know they're hit or miss on VW's.

I have to replace the oil separator on gma's Jetta. Ironically the actual VW part is cheaper than the "premium" Autozone part o_O

Still have oil spots where it used to park in my driveway; it gets to drip oil elsewhere but I still gotta eventually get around to it.

He's totally justified in leaving. It's a clown show here on a good day :jpow:

But, as long as they keep paying me I'll keep coming

So I did a little project.
I did use tools so I think it’s safe here.

Trying to navigate bowling reconditioning and transport is getting to be a PITA.
So, I decided to use available space in my bag.

Measured my available square area and began cutting 1/8” hardboard.
    Cut two floor plates.

    IMG_8735.jpg

Used a socket for a radius guide.

    IMG_8736.jpg

    Made an interconnecting separator plate.

    IMG_8737.jpg

Measured and installed hard foam bottom on lower plate.

    IMG_8738.jpg

    Assembled accordingly.
    Lower plate installed

    IMG_8740.jpg

    Separator installed.
    IMG_8741.jpg

    Installed first set of balls.

    IMG_8742.jpg

Install the top plate for the “second floor” lol

    IMG_8743.jpg

    Installed foam ball holder

    IMG_8744.jpg

    Second set of balls secured

    IMG_8745.jpg

    And everything fits lol

    IMG_8746.jpg

No one will be able to just snatch and run now.
Bag weighs 22 pounds. ….. lol
    Now I have options..

Good morning guys. I hope it was a great weekend for all of you. Weather is back to normal for us and all the snow is melted. Good thing as I was camping this weekend with the radio club. It wouldn’t have been as fun with snow on the ground lol.
