I was going to guess 5k-7k, before seeing 8.8k on your kbb post.

List it for $9500 and see if you get any nibbles.

If you get a lot of interest you know it's too cheap. If you get no interest drop the price.

    Lol, different strokes.

Considering all the road grime in my area, I would never think to cook with that. No telling what's on them.

And there has never been a vehicle with almost 1/4 million miles that is considered in "great shape"... ever!

I looked at a '99 with lots of custom mods. The seller made his own front and rear hitch receivers and welded them to the frame.

Completely Rhino lined, camper shell, hitch, grill guard, custom wheels. Working on a slide out bed for camping while out hunting.
I’m in the same boat. About to list my heavily modified 2003 Tacoma.

Mods never pay for themselves when selling.
    It was your vision.
    List for 4k.
Giving the age and mileage thrown in.
1st person to offer you that or even 3250 to 3500
    Sold with a quickness.

Using pricing guides like KBB or others is for OEM vehicles with varied factory options.
The VIN, condition, and mileage is what it is worth per any pricing per KBB or other pricing guides.

    And Mods subtract from that.

    Trade in
    Private sale (covers broad spectrums)
    Retail resale

    All different based on condition.

Yours would be private sale fair condition per the mods, age, and mileage.
You are looking for a specific buyer that it will appeal too.
You have to be realistic in pricing.
Just because you did all of this does not mean it is worth top dollar and that you should get your money back.
Emotions, stories, work done have no added value to buyers.

This is similar to people selling average condition guns at gunshows asking top dollar with story value attached to them because the gun was Grampies or whatever.

Not saying any of this to bust your chops.
    Just keeping it real.

    GLWS.
