Anybody know of a place around Phoenix that has a good spot to flex out a rig? I need to take some pics/measurements before I start cutting. I also need to mod my bumps a little and need to figure out what/how.

    Played with crayons today.

Easiest way is to pull out the coilover and throw a jack under the lca so you can cycle the tire with little resistance. Then you can trim, modify bumps, test fit, etc in real time.

Ive tried both of those already and didnt get the results I want. I need to be able to have the full weight of the vehicle putting itself into flexed positions. Like on the edge of a loading dock or a ditch that I can drive into that will really cross up the suspension.

Speaking of cardinal directions I don't know if I ever told the "your west" story...

Playing Arma 3 with some buddies (military sim) and my friend is pinned down in a forest and I'm on my way to rescue him. I get to a ridge where I can see the edge of the forest and a path coming out of the forest. I radio him and say "as soon as you get to the path, run west and I'll cover you"

I would have been able to see anyone coming out of that treeline and kept him covered to get to me.

He sprints the opposite direction directly into the enemy position and dies.

He says "I thought you meant your west!" And the chat was just dying laughing as I was going off "my west is your west, we all have the same west!"

I give him shit still, that was years ago now.:p
