Nice looking truck! Can I ask how much lift and the tire size that your running? I have wanted to eventually add a small lift and a little more meat on mine and possibly change the wheels. I have considered staying with the stock wheels and seeing yours makes me like the idea even more.

Thanks guys. I didnt get the keyless entry because I would have to get the next model up which was $2000 for the XV and then pay the extra for keyless so it would have been almost $1000 more and I didn't see the incremental benefit in that. Unlike super sport and could have got a good used one for like 1000 but inneed sliding windows for the mutt.

As for the lift tire combo. I'm running King 2.6 resi up front with about 2.5" of lift. The back is a toytec aal tsb version with bilstiens 5125 shocks. Tires are 265/70/17 bfg at:ko on stock wheels. Eventually I'll get the wheel tire setup but only to improve the stance some.

I like how the truck is coming along though. Next up is a better radio or an iPod mod. I'm also looking at the sliders/steps version or an offside bumper with winch

Hey I just ordered the same top! I was curious if for the install you remove the plastic bed liner caps along the top/side edges of the bed. The snugtop dealer is going to do the install, but I was just wondering. I've seen trucks around town where you can see the bed liner sticking through between the truck and the cap and really don't like the look of it.

The bedcaps stay put and you can't see them because the snug top, unlike others has a lip that goes around and sort of tucks up under it. The taco as bed is a composite type bed so I'm sure it isn't flat under the caps. It is probably covering where the sheet metal and the abs sandwich together.

Tomagirl. Yours is the XV it's nice as well, in fact inliked it more that the one I got but I couldn't justify the extra cost. It's practically the same thing but with bigger windows. Wasn't worth the $500 more to me but if you an swing it why not lol
