Just picked up "Homefront" for pc thread.

Just got it from wally world.
Anyone playin offline or online? Just got it loaded on the asus G73 lappy and wonderin about graphics/gameplay.

 

personally i hate any intensive game on a laptop its too awkward and underpowered for my taste

 

I hardly think my Asus is underpowered.
And i'm linked to a 24" monitor, G510 keyboard and MX 518 mouse.

 

i dont know anything about it i just dont want to spend the money on something i cant upgrade.. atleast more than ram and harddrives

Still have yet to fire the game up. The G73 has pretty much ate everything I have thrown at it at full 1920x1200 16x aa. But sir you are correct......beyond the hdd(which I have replaced with a 7200 rpm drive and soon to move to sd) and 8 gig o ram, there's nothing much you can do.

I guess in 4 yrs it will be an e-mail machine

 

plus i feel more comfortable at a desktop fragging bitches... lemme know how the game is

 

Played, beat and bored of it. Campaign was way to quick, and the online isnt great IMO. Graphics are good, and the story told is actually diecent.

 

x2. I have it for xbox. campaign was def. way too short.

 

playin it now for pc. Man, this is the shittiest game I have ever played. Graphics seem ok but gameplay is lame. Would much rather play COD. Save your money.
