My wife has vertigo attacks every once in a while. they are bad. makes her sick to the stomach bad. thankfully she only has them maybe 3 times a year and they dont know what causes them

Good morning everybody! I got Mikala on her way again this morning it takes the both of us to get her dressed. She took a job this year working with the special needs kids at our local middle school as an assistant. Her friends from school were the ones with her the other night for girls night. We are taking the state benefits out for a spin lol. It’s going to take a little getting used to operating one handed but she’s right handed and broke the left arm right above the wrist. So we can take that as a win there’s always a bright side as they say.

Dermatologist follow up today from where I had to use the Efudix cream a few weeks ago. I really, really hope I don’t have to use that stuff again.

 

That’s good she didn’t break her dominant side wish her well from the mitten state, it’s the left mitten

I get some nuesua when I have an episode as well. Like Mike posted, laying on my back and twisting around ( working on vehicles) is a solid trigger, it's noticeably worse when it's hot outside.

I hope that she has a quick recovery and minimal pain.

antivert drug they gave me is not worth it. Only thing it stops is the spinning, still get light headed and had a massive headache.
Just woke up, slept for 9 hours.

Heat, no room to swing a hammer. Bought 2 more spacers will try to compress it back into shape.

Bummer about the truck, you’ll figure it out. I’m sure you’re well aware of , but concussions are nothing to take lightly. Most of my seizure problems are made worse by two concussions as a much younger person. You know, skiing and ice hockey without my brain bucket on. Hopefully they figure it out soon

 

I have this sensation to a very slight perspective when I wear my glasses outside while walking around. My vision is good enough that I only wear/need glasses for reading. Myvision is like 20/25 or 20/30. My main issue is astigmatism. Although, back about 10 - 12 years ago, I did end up with bifocals. I opted for progressive lenses, and even though it';s been a good many years now, when I am walking while wearing my glasses, I get a slight "fish bowl" effect around the edges of the lenses while I am moving.

 

With me it was bikes, I was wearing a helmet the second time, broke it in half

Same here with my eyes, I forget to take off my reading glasses and lose my balance.

 

It’s like wine , we get better with age, and more expensive
