I have a 2006 4X4 Tacoma, manual trans that has only 103000 KM on it located in south Alberta
The frame needs replacement due to rust, the coating Toyota Canada put on didn’t work (go figure)
Just looking for your guys feed back on value.
    Sold as is

Well the coating got your truck to 19 years! If the frame has holes in it, the truck is only good for parts value. Check listings on Autotrader for 2nd gens with non-roadworthy frames in your region.

I also own an 2004 ford with no holes in the frame after 289000 km of the same roads so forgive me if I am not thankful for the 19 years :)
Thanks for the idea I will do some searching.

What type of coating was put on it, the newer stuff or the older asphalt type? Pics of the holes? When was the coating applied?

Bleh, doesn't even look like they put anything on it. So recall, 2-3 years ago? I want to say mine was done a couple years ago.

What year was it treated? I've never trusted Toyota to be honest when inspecting the frame before treatment to notify customers of holes. Mine was in as new condition so it was a moot point for me.

If those photos are the only holes you may be in luck. At least what I tell those are just the cab mounts. Buy one of the various cab mount relocation kits on the market and weld them on (find a reputable shop or friend for this). Wire brush and clean up any rusty areas you can see and hit with some good paint. Then go on over to Woolwax and buy a couple gallons of their lanonlin undercoating and go to town. Get the attachment that sprays inside the frame rail and get all up in there. Boom truck saved. Good luck man.

Just make sure before you go to all that trouble and expense that the rest of the frame is good. I don't mean just looking at it with your eyeballs. Take a flathead screwdriver and poke and prod anywhere that looks crusty where the metal may be compromised. Especially take a close look on the inside of the frame rail near the catalytic converters as it seems that is an area prone to failure. Also check the locations where the C channel of the frame overlaps in sections - you don't want these to look like the Titanic. If you have questions share more photos and the forum can tell you if it's good or not, this has come up many times before.
