    I hope she heals up quickly! If it wasn’t for our paraprofessionals, we would be screwed. They do a difficult job, often in high-risk situations for very little money. They are the backbone of any Special Education program.

    Thank you! She has a way with the kids and you are correct it’s Very little pay but we were paying for our own insurance before through the private sector. So the swing in savings plus her salary is substantial. But it is a lot some days.
