Got to Lou’s early and got right in. $ 650 full stainless mid/ cat back. 2.5” dump over the axle. 5 year warranty. Happy as I can be. Had him tuck everything s high and tight as possible. Also as quiet as possible! IMG_3780.jpg IMG_3779.jpg IMG_3778.jpg
Then had to pick up tires from Carisma in Lowell for the Mazda. Met a cool guy with a cool truck dying to hit some trails. Maybe he’ll make an account!IMG_3783.jpg IMG_3784.jpg

I’m not the brightest bulb on the tree.

So, you ever use a jack to help put on your skids?
I was under the truck putting my mid skid on and wanted to use the floor jack to help raise the other side but the handle was in the way. No problem, I used my foot to pump the jack. Everything was fine until I realized the jack ran over my coat in the going up process and I could not reach the handle to twist it and lower it down. I had to rip myself free and roll out of the coat.
    I’m so done with winter!:angrygirl:

It’s OK to laugh, I did while I was still trapped.:rofl::rofl:

Quick question for the group. I am able to purchase a hardware kit to mount the bolt on sliders I got from @AllTacosFloat . $50 including shipping. Is that a good price?

What company? Is it just normal sae hardware?

$50 shipped isn’t bad if you don’t feel like sourcing your own. Sliders may have nuts welded on a stick to mount the front part in the boxed section

Sounds fair to me and there were a few things that would make the set easiest.

I only part that may not be in the hardware packages is the j-hook so we may have to drill a hole for that location.

You're good... my sliders fell off the jack at least 3x when I was putting them on... was very done with 95 degree heat at that point haha

Its a fair price yes as long as it comes with all of the bolts you will need. And btw, there should not be any drilling necessary.....bolt on's and bolt on's and there is always a way without drilling
