I am doing thighs tomorrow, think a kettle grill cook is in the making.

Wonder how they got that much for the fish since they probably speared the fish through the most valuable part of the fish.

Today is going better than I planned,

My wife is dealing with this mentality presently, trying to deal with something found in her breast. We've spent Monday/Tues/and now today trying to get the doctors to quit changing how they want to deal with her tests so she can get in and get it diagnosed properly.

Don't know Tom, one headless, tailless, and gutted fish brought $15 a lb., and two others brought $19 and $20 a lb., there was another boat that managed to get one fish. The buyer cut a chunk out of the tail section and based the price on that chunk, it had something to do with the fat content akin to marbelizing on steak.

@Travlr Prayers for you and your wife.

Good morning. Off to the gym them we are going to cut back the knockout roses in the back yard. Should be a good day for outdoor work. Chicken thighs, 1/2 baked potato and green beans for dinner. Preop meeting with the PA went well yesterday. All of our questions were answered, the procedure leading up to the hospital visit and what to expect in the hospital were answered. I lost another 2 LB according to the office scale. I am interested in what I will weigh in at the surgical center. Son and I are going to build a raised platform for my recovery chair this weekend.

Good morning. A home-office day. Several inches of sunshine and high of 74 in the forecast.
    Hard to keep up here.
I have been LOVING my new job. A lot of hours, but very rewarding. I forgot how nimble a small company can be. My past two employers had thousand of employees, politics, policies, etc... so slow to get anything accomplished.
Have a great day all. :)
