2002 all electric. Changed drivers door handle. Auto Windows work perfectly.
The lock on passenger is 100% When using fob Driver unlocks/locks 100%. I get locked in because drivers side try’s strong 100% every time and I have to turn the truck on off, keep trying to unlock it until for reasons I don’t understand it finally opens I have door cover off trying to see where it might be catching.
Key will unlock but not lock the door.

check your fuses, relays and any connections you took apart in the door ; is there a metal rod in the inner door that connects the door handle/lock?

I’m having a hard time understanding what you wrote.
But a parts diagram is where I’d start.

Yes there is. Hold on I blew the 30 amp power fuse under the dash and replaced it, must of shorted it out in the process. Now Plenty of power to the locks?

If I understand your description of the problem correctly the D/S lock-unlock is intermittant. I have found that there is a guide clip on the door that comes from the interior door pull to the door latch mechanism. If the rod from the interior door pull is not supported by this clip there is so much slop and flop in the rod that the door will intermittantly not lock/unlock, the interior door lock/unlock knob only goes part way up or down and when you pull the exterior handle it will pull the latch into the lock position.
