    neglect, mostly.
    yeah it went right through my hometown. there were shingles off of a town ten miles away flying around my house. . . we went to the high school i went to and there were snapped trees, the ball fields torn up. trailers torn up everywhere. im on our volunteer fire department, but they didn't call us out. . . as of about 2 hrs ago, there were still 18 wheelers flipped over on 95 hwy and one on fire still on 95. super bad stuff.
