I looked up the 41201-79535 and it says it is for a manual trans truck . Does it fit the Auto trans truck also ?

If the auto truck has a locker, yes. If not, no.

I think the front 3rd member will be the same, but I think the rear would be different. I think I have seen 4.56 before. Look at ECGS.

interesting, 15-16 is the best i can do on 33s and stock AT. I did recent trip and barely averaged 17mpg driving 70-75 on highway(1800 miles round trip). Truck would always down shift and hold a gear a lot longer than it needs to. I just got the OV tune so I hope to squeeze a little more

Is your speedo calibrated with a Hypertech? If not, then your calculations are going to be off.

I have a Hypertech and have it calibrated damn near 100%.

Before gears I was at 17-18mpg, so it's been a slight improvement.

So just to be sure, the MT Sport (4x4) also has 4.30's with the 8.75 rear correct?

If it is a 3.5L V6 manual it will have the 8.75” in a 4.30:1 ratio.

TRD off road and pro have the 8.75” locking differential reguardless of transmission type. Basically If it is a 3rd gen with a locker it is the 8.75” ring gear differential.

TRD sport and all other MANUAL TRANSMISSION models available have the 8.75” differential but are open carriers.

If it is a 2.7L I4 manual it will have the 8.75” in a 3.90:1 ratio.

    25 is for the 3.9, 35 is for 4.3.

The ring gears don't care if it's a locker housing or open housing.

Are you 4wd? If so, are you also changing the front diff gearing?

Well I'd trust Jeff more than me. Maybe you should seek clarification.
