I talked to a Steelers cameraman, he has those motorcycle handlebar wind muffs on his camera controls so he can feel his hands haha.

When you grow up with it you end up a little masochistic about it. Summer just isn't summer if you don't need to change your shirt from sweat after walking to the end of the driveway to get the mail.

With River its balls. Kid loves anything ball or ball shaped, was his first word too (except it sounds more like “bowel” when he says it)

the funny thing though is how it sounds on our part every time we try and play with him and his…balls. “River wheres your balls??”
Or my favorite since we keep them all in a big soft basket

In fact, just as you posted I was asking Stephanie if I should just post it up since it's practically new

He doesn't use his ball pit and it's got 300-400 balls in it

 

We actually just got him a ball pit lol.

this is only about half of them, the rest are under the furniture and gods know where else

 

If I throw him in it, he'll sit there and start lobbing them out like a pitching machine

 

Yeahhhh it reminds me why we regretted getting the same thing for Sofia when she was his age. Balls everywhere all the time. But this kid loves balls so much we just had to

it does not feel like winter...we had a freak storm back in November with 8-10" and hardly enough to shovel again since...

it was over 50 today and we're supposed to hit 60 on Tuesday...I have not gone skiing.

 

This winter has been a bust for sure. We are getting an "atmosphereic river" starting today but is mostly rain not a lot of snow.
