Nice. Little too much poke for me, but the look is great.

I think if you went a 265 wide 33 it would keep the poke just even

Thanks for the hint. I'm pretty new to this TBH. Doing a lot of reading and watching YouTube videos and currently I'm leaning towards 265/70/18’s and a 2.5 inch Wescott Designs collar lift. It'd level the truck nicely and give it a touch more ground clearance w/o needing any other mods. Currently running the 18" wheels and Nitto 265/65's that came with it from dealership.

There’s also a whole world of 255/85s that might give you options. they’re all E load range, though, so that comes with some downsides.

Yeah, not looking for E's as my wife and I are looking for a smoother ride on long drives to camp and see family along the East Coast and into the Rockies. I like the idea of that nice high sidewall though

Did you use wheel spacers to get the poke ?

Do you recommend them? I’m on the edge about putting spacers ? Do you notice a difference?

Just found this thread. I just got this exact truck in the same color. I am debating now on 265/70 vs 285/70. How do you still like the 285's? Any issues at all? What is your MPG? Thanks so much!!

Thanks! They are 285/70/17 with +20 offset. Perfect amount of beef and poke for my taste

Just some 35% tint to match the rears and some 285/70/17 Falkens…

LT285/70/17 Falken Wildpeak AT4W / 6 ply on Black Rhino Fuji wheels (17x8 with +38 offset). No mods to TRD OffRoad suspension, and I have OEM mud flaps. Tires just barely stick out past the wheel wells (maybe 1/2"). Sold the OEM rims and tires w/ 20K miles for $950. So overall, it cost me about $1200 to upgrade everything. Well worth it.

nice! I’m considering this vs 265/70. If you don’t mind, what is your average mpg city/highway? I know it’s dumb to worry about I mpg with a truck but I’m just gathering information. How much higher does the tires make the truck sit? Wife is about 4 foot 11 haha

Granted I’ve only had it like this for a week but I drive a lot mostly highway some city and I’m still sitting at 21.4 mpg which I’m very pleased with. But I’d definitely invest in some sort of grab handles for your wife for sure
