Stopped by my local tuner to get the OTT tune this weekend. Truck drives significantly better, should've done it sooner.

    Indeed

    Dark smoke tint here.
    IMG_20240411_102349328_HDR.jpg

Admittedly I would have probably done light smoke tint ... But it's been there for 5 years and I'm not messing with it.

I know, I see tons of them. Might try the tint route just to see if I can get a look I like for less. I’d also like a 2020+ SR grille with the black surround since it has some depth to it like the Pro does. I originally wanted to paint my honeycomb grille black before mounting it, but I got impatient and just threw it on. Might have to take a few days and make that happen along with the tinted emblem to see how it goes.

Nope. Not ever. I was worried about that. I use adaptive cruise control daily and my collision detection has saved me from a couple deer.

    Suspension and exhaust done!!

    Eibach stage 2r
    Elevate uca's
    Med. Dakars in back
    Wheelers ubolt flip kit
    Wheelers superbumps
    Redrock exhaust

Going in for alignment tomorrow. Then make appt for cmr, appt for Yoko geo 295's for my -38 scs wheels, then cut and hammer the crap out of it and hope for the best. Ha. Rides great tho!! So psyched it all worked out. Got a lil more lift in the rear than I thought. See if it settles at all. Gotta redo measurements but think I'm around 2" up front and 2.5" in rear. Might need to remove a leaf, idk yet.. Exhaust sounds freakin amazing too. Little louder than I thought it'd be but I dig it!!

When I noticed this on mine, it’s probably the thing that gave me biggest “uhh… wut” reaction I’ve had in a while.

So counterintuitive to have the volume be left/right and track be up/down. Don’t think I’ve seen buttons done that way ever, going back to the days of the Walkman and discman.

Did you just rotate the pad 90 degrees under the button? Was thinking about correcting this egregious design oversight at some point but haven’t researched how to go about it yet.

I got me one of those oil atomizer/diffuser things. And it's great!! The little bottles last a really long time. And it's a perfect amount of scent too. Not too overbearing. Has different timers on it. I usually turn it on a low/medium setting and activate it when I leave the truck like when I get home from work, with timer set to turn it off in an hour. Usb c wired to the port in center console for maintaining the charge.

Looks like my model isn't available anymore, but there's tons to choose from. I also got a set of 'woodlands' oils to try out from p&j and they smell great. Just the one set will last me forever but wanna try out a different set of scents.

Did you buy the parts so they match the paint? I'll admit, I know you didn't, but it sure looks cool...

Had some fun money burning a hole in my pocket, so I ordered these ARK Microflares. More of an aesthetic purchase than functionality. Broke my OEM Mudflaps while off-roading, but didn’t like the fully naked look. These seem to be a good solution.

I can confirm, this is a good fix I got it installed.
