Been chasing a roof leak, around my chimney. I redid the whole roof about 12 years ago with a buddy. Leak showed up about six years ago. Called the pros yesterday, completely redoing the flashing around the chimney, having a chimney metal cap made, tuck pointing the brick work. I surrendered to old age and my wife telling me to stay off the GD roof.
Back story is I have sight and balance issues , from medical issues.

Last month I watched this "movie", there is a scene in it that I can't erase from my mind even after washing my eyes with bleach. The recent posts are making me relive the trauma, LOL

@eiram welcom and sweet little truck. There's a 1st gen flare side near my work that I see all the time. those will be pretty rare to see as time goes on.

 

This is why Indiana is so demoralizing....sun came up, hit the 60's, snow is all gone, you start to feel optimistic and hopeful....then you realize, no, we have 6 weeks (at least) of cold gray mud and wind ahead.
