I dont know why, I rarely shoot anything.

Being around my stand is probably the safest place in the woods.

You need at least 3 more to burn green wood. Place them at the bottom edges. Fill them with Diesel soak em with gasoline. Guaranteed to melt the rain gear off your body. Don’t ask me how I know….

 

My buddy found a climbing stand on his property so he called me and asked if I wanted it (I says hell yeah I do )...its a summit (Viper I think).
I've always used an API but I'm gonna weigh it, if its lighter than my stand I may start using it but Summits aren't nearly as adjustable as API's are, so who knows.
Either way; its fully enclosed and I like an open front, so if I decided to use it there will be a bit of involved.

 

Oh just pour more gasoline on it and you’ll be fine

 

Or a few buckets of used hydraulic fluid from a nearby heavy machinery business
