I’d like to share my experience with BAMF’s customer service (spoiler alert: 5 stars). I received my bumper in March, unfortunately it was accidentally shipped without my aluminum bash plate. I reached out to Jerry at BAMF and he informed me that the aluminum was on order but they didn’t have any in to cut at the time. To make things right, he offered to send me a power coated bash plate (my order was originally bare metal) and I happily took him up on the offer. For how busy I can only imagine his shop is, I’m very happy with how he handled an honest mistake. Kudos.

I don't know how they are selling this bumper for $756 and making any money. If i ever decide to put a bumper on, i hope this is still an option

I lost track thousands of dollars ago.
You would think they would be selling like hot cakes at that price but people are cash poor right now with all the inflation over the last 3 years so they are deciding to eat or buy truck parts at this point.

We don't have a network of influencers, crazy add budgets or a huge network of dealers passing that cost to you that's where a lot of the "extra cost" of an item comes from not building it. It's just me and the boys building bad ass products selling them direct to you. I have always been a high quality low cost direct to consumer based company. Sure we will always stay on the small side with that mindset and low annual profits, but I don't care I do this because I love what I do not to get rich or be the biggest name in the industry. Having a dealer network use to work but post 2020 they don't tend to keep stock and just place orders as they come in. They are drop shipping for the most part now so you still get stuck with lead times and pay more. I tend to only work with dealers that stock items and install as well I've removed all the drop shippers from my approved dealer list.

I'm ordering a hybrid today, and preparing all of the addons. I already have a Warn Zeon 10-S and the fairlead that came with it has a tab on top with their logo. I'm assuming I'll have to cut the tab off so it will fit, but not sure if it will start corroding from salted winter roads.

Instead of cutting off the tab on the original fairlead, I'm looking at installing a different fairlead. What are you all using that fits well and has a good rope positioning; 1" or 1.5"? It looks like Warn and Factor 55 have both options.

Id go with the 1.5" Factor 55 if you don't shave the cast one that comes with it.

You could just install the fairlead upside down.

Good idea. I thought I saw someone else do the same; and it didn't seem that bad. Installing what I already have will also put $110 towards sliders :)
