From what I've read they JBA stick out a little further than OEM. Thank you for taking the time to do that. My UCA's are arriving today so I should have them on (hopefully) before Christmas and I'll take the same pictures to report back.

Yes, the tires will make contact. It's been several years since attempting the same set up, and I needed to add decent sized spacers in order to clear everything.

I got the JBA’s on today and put the wheel/tire back on. It clears 255/85/16 at full droop in all directions. I don’t have it on the ground but the clearance shouldn’t change if I’m thinking correctly? Because the upper and lower BJ should keep the same angle? It’s also not aligned so that may factor in as well.
I also measured the wheel and it has 5” of backspace measured from the mating surface to the lip of the rim.

Got the alignment done and the 255/85/16 on stock wheels (5" BS) do barely rub the front of the control arm. You can see in the pictures in post #4086 where it is close at the front. With the toe properly adjusted it will rub.
Funny, it's like JBA knew it would do that!

Turned out great! I don't have the sheet with me but its around 4 degrees of caser on both sides. Drives like it should.

    03 taco v6 pre runner
    Running 5100’s with 881 about 2 1/2 inch lift also running JBA’S
Best numbers for alignment to run on this set up.
Last time I got an alignment caster was set on the mids 2’s

Got all new shocks out front 5100 with new LCA’S then alignment but my truck shakes at around 65 to 70 mph
Here are the final specs from alignment any ideas on the the shake and also wonders to the right side not to similar with alignment numbers I saw on a video that more caster would be good on my listed truck ..

Shakes at speed is usually a tire/rim issue. Might have lost weights on 1. Trying swapping front to back to see if goes away.
