Wire wheeling cleaning. Not bad. Not like sandblasting but not bad.

I got a fixer upper today. We'll see if I can fix it up. It came with three pails of sand inside.

This sandblaster is trying to kick my butt. Not happening I will figure it out.
Will not pick up media even with new princess auto gun. Might be defective.
Air valve I ended putting a 1/8th bit through it
I have lots of air so no problems this reminds me of my fight with the mouse in my truck, I won. I'll win this one too. Maybe the sand or media is bad idk. :poking: lol.

Some times you have to push the gun into your hand and pull the trigger to try to push out a blockage .

the unit came with all diffrent "media" mixed up so i dont rally know whats in there but its pretty much dry
yep did that actually if you remove the suction hose all togeather and pull the trigger its got little to no suction. somehow i wish it was a gravity feed system. This winter is rally sucking unlike the sandblaster.:tumbleweed:

Try cranking up the air pressure til you get suction. I never had this problem with mine.

Somehow my axle build turned into a sandblaster build. :)
Had to make a "v" in the box.yes cardboard and duct tape. For now.

Had 120psi going to the gun so lots there. I'm starting from ground zero with this and redoing the box to be a gravity feed type of system. So eliminating the suction tube.

My sandblaster is in a union, it works when it wants to. So I hurried up and took advantage before it went on another coffee break.
Also got some parts primed. Just glad I got some time to work on it today.:)

I have some axle shafts to clean up and then get some bearings and seals and then time for reassembly. Don't judge me on the color choices. I'm just trying to clear out all my old paint
