What have you done to your Tacoma today? 1st Gen Edition

I have the opposite problem. Sometimes my upper brake light does not turn on when I brake. Hard to confirm when obviously. (no, it's not the light)

 

I might have this issue with my p/s brake light, just got some red LEDs in today so will confirm

 

Well... guess I know what I'm doing this weekend.

 

Did cam plugs, half moons, and valve cover gaskets. Hopefully it mitigated that oil leak

 

Lol... I've had my truck for 23 years and have put on over 350,000 miles.

I have no idea how many oil changes that is. I do know... I've never replaced the drain plug washer, and it still doesn't leak.

 

how many hours did that job take. About to do the same on my truck

 

Sheesh, I swear that price goes up every month. They need some competition

 

1/4" ace hardware ball valve

It was $26 in 2014 when I put it in my truck. Seems reasonable to me.

 

Plowed my drive three times today and a friend's place that's been snowed in all week. Works great. Can't ask for much more for what I need. Very happy with it.

I'll take a photo tomorrow. Been snowing most the day so will have to do it again. At a gig today.

 

Like four hours but take an hour or so off for me not knowing how to take the harness clips off the intake hose lol
