The sheet called for +/- 0.5" (on the length) and whatever on the width

I was with the

$699 CUT60 60Amp Non-Touch Pilot Arc PT60 Torch Plasma Cutter 110V/220V Dual Voltage 3 Year Warranty

CUT60. I just only adjusted to the proper kerf value since I haven't done so when switching to the Hypertherm.

The 1.1 nozzle on the CUT60 had about a 0.58" kerf and the 45 amp nozzle on the Duramax is 0.50" kerf.

Haven't measured the finecut but it's quite a bit smaller.

 

Thought you knew I was American and choose to use anything but the metric system
