There’s a cooler on the end of the porch next to the rocking chair, check to see if it’s full. Welcome @nobescare

Happy Saturday Morning Porch Folks :hattip:

I took a break from social media but I am just dropping in to say HI.

My FIL would always tell folks when they asked about his kids "I should have raised ducks". Marrying his daughter, I didn't know what he meant until I had kids of my own.
They are cute little ducklings Travlr. Enjoy

I found the weight you lost David. I am at 215 and want to get down to at best 190. Hope you get down to your target

    Technology .
Let's you down when you need it most. But on a different note Sue, puppy picture
    20250207_183750.jpg
And his name is Gizmo :D
    4 months old.

40, 172, we welcome all on the porch.

No fee required, just fill the cooler with some Canadian beverages :D.
Join in with the folks here with whatever you enjoy in life. Great group and topics vary. Enjoy.

:fingerscrossed: for a positive outcome at lung doctors. Sure hope he can help :fingerscrossed: Mark.

Morning Jim. Enjoy your walk

. Money comes in and goes right back out for bills...

    Good Morning Chuck .
Glad the temperatures are rising in your area.

Nuff said folks. Have a great Super Bowl weekend and be safe

My wife has had asthma and a persistent cough for decades, especially bad at night. A couple or so years ago we got her a "Kenalog shot" and it seems to help. Of course she has her inhalers, and also some codeine (prescription) for any particularly bad nights. Without the Kenalog shot she was using the inhaler every night and the codeine too often for comfort, and with the Kenalog she might use the inhaler once a week and the codeine once a month or less.

On a side issue, my son deals cards in Deadwood, and his hands were drying out and cracking to the point that is was getting ugly. He'd tried every kind of lotion made with no relief. He had a persistent cough develop last winter and we told him about the Kenalog shot, and he got one. Immediately his hands cleared up and his skin is back to normal.
