They've been popping up here. I like the exterior (minus the mounting tracks on the doors) but the interior is bit funky, at least the cockpit. Still funny seeing the contrast of the utilitarian design of the center stack and the BMW shifter.

It's less Tacoma and more mod
The ZF 8HP75 transmission conversion for the 80 series Land cruiser also leaves you with a BMW shifter which is kind of funny

It really is a "one of these things is not like the other" haha. I wonder if the people who swap into a LC could use the Jeep shifter? I get it, it's a Jeep, but it'd look better at least. I think the 392 and a couple others use the 8HP75. Assume that's a proprietary setup, not suitable for swaps.

yeah we are going to be replacing ours with some kind of 3 row suv, not sure which yet. With both kids and Dex in the back there’s zero room for carrying much else.

Seems like 3 row is an interesting/tough pool of vehicles to choose from. A friend got a Highlander and is going to flip it, another loves their Volvo XC90. Mazda is doing some nice work.

I like the look of the new Sequoia, but that trunk space is awful. Kinda like the land cruiser or the lexus tx350.
Kinda wanna stay toyota but a Yukon XL looks pretty nice too.

Does the LT bus even run anymore?

    Don't think anyone's maintained it...

They need to be reminded of Lucas reliability in the year 25.

I'm unfortunately all too familiar. One of my dream builds would be a triumph TR6, I'd love to just take out every last bit of British drivetrain and wiring. The only thing right with that car is how it looks but I'd love to put a Honda k series in it
