    All of that was put into place before I got there. Now I just follow due dates basically.
    my DC is at step 3 of RO. Started at step zero so I came in at the highest level so there is so much to learn. It would’ve been easier if I was in this position at step 0 I could’ve learned as we went. Now I’m trying to go back and figure out the foundation which is hard because I’m so busy. I don’t have a lot of time to go back and research and learn.
